Luxembourg, April 4, 2014--Romain Bausch stepped down as CEO of SES at the  company's April 3rd Board Meeting. During the same meeting, Bausch was  appointed as Chairman-elect of the Board of Directors. He will take over when current chairman Rene Steichen steps down at the end of this year.

Callahan, Chairman of Longueview, a media, internet and technology advisory firm, was elected to the company's board of directors, effective April 1, 2014. Mr. Callahan will join as an independent member of the board and serve on the company's audit committee.

London, UK, March 20, 2014 – Inmarsat today announced that General C. Robert Kehler, United States Air Force (Retired) will join the Board on May 6, 2014 as an additional non-executive director. General Kehler retired from the Air Force in January 2014 with over 38 years of service. 

Silver Spring, MD, March 20, 2014- Discovery Communications today announced that Founder John Hendricks will retire as Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors and as a Director of the Board. He will remain in his current position through the annual meeting of shareholders on May 16, 2014.
