ITC Global Posts Another Record Quarter, with US$ 100 million in New Bookings

Houston, Tex., Oct. 1, 2014 – ITC Global, a leading global provider of satellite communications services to the energy, mining, and maritime markets announced today that it recorded another record for the quarter ended September 30, 2014. On a year to date basis, ITC has signed approximately US$ 100 million in new long-term service contracts.

The new contracts continue ITC Global’s strong annual performance, which significantly outpaces the satellite services market at large. In addition to sales growth, the company continues to upgrade its global network infrastructure and service delivery tools. A significant portion of the recent bookings come from several long-term contract awards from the oil & gas market, including one of the world’s top 5 exploration and production companies, a large global drilling contractor fleet, and a major undersea engineering and services company. Several long-standing customers in the mining and maritime markets also executed contract
renewals and network upgrades, according to the company.

ITC Global is above all committed to outstanding customer service and during the third quarter continued its efforts to enhance the responsiveness and scalability of its operations. This initiative is being led by a dedicated business process engineering team, focused on building best-in-class systems, processes and customer support tools for enhancing ITC Global’s ability to deliver premier customer service.

“We are obviously very pleased with the continued confidence that the market is showing in ITC Global, with these recent contract awards.” said Joe Spytek, Chief Executive Officer. “Our track record of providing a premier level of customer service and flexibility is resonating with our clients, both new and long-standing. To ensure that we continue to provide the high-touch service that our clients expect, we are driving a continuous quality improvement campaign.”

With nearly 1,500 remote sites deployed across 60 countries and all the world’s oceans, ITC Global is the market leader in satellite communications to the mining industry, and holds the third largest share in the offshore oil and gas market. Combined with local offices and deployed personnel in nearly 40 countries, services on over 30 satellites, and more than 20 teleport interconnections, ITC Global has firmly established itself among the top 3 global service providers for satellite communications to remote industrial markets.
