C-COM Reports Quarterly Dividend

February 1, 2016-C-COM Satellite Systems Inc., (TSXV: CMI) a leading global provider of mobile auto-deploying satellite antenna systems, today announced the payment of an eligible dividend in the amount of $0.0125 per common share payable on February 26, 2016 to all shareholders of record as of February 12, 2016.  Based on the closing price of $0.90 per share on January 28, 2016, this dividend represents a yield of 5.6% on an annualized basis.

Comtech Telecommunications Corp. Extends Tender Offer for TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. Until February 3

Melville, NY, January 19, 2016-- Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (NASDAQ: CMTL or “Comtech”) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Typhoon Acquisition Corp. (“Merger Sub”), has extended its tender offer (the “Offer”) to purchase all the issued and outstanding shares of Class A common stock, par value $0.01 per share (the “Class A Shares”), and Class B common stock, par value $0.01 per share (the “Class B Shares”, together, with the Class A Shares, the “Shares”), of TeleCommunication Systems, Inc., a Maryland corporation (“TCS”), at a price of $5.00 per Share, net to the seller in cash, without interest thereon and less any required withholding taxes. All terms and conditions of the Offer, other than the expiration date, remain the same.

Ericsson to Acquire FYI Television

The acquisition, which is subject to customary closing conditions, will strengthen Ericsson's already industry-leading position in broadcast and media services. Harmonic Makes Binding Offer to Acquire Thomson Video Networks

San Jose, Calif., December 8, 2015--Harmonic (NASDAQ: HLIT), today announced it has signed a binding offer to acquire Thomson Video Networks (TVN). Under the terms of the offer which is in the form of a "put" option agreement, subject to the selling shareholders exercising the put option following a consultation process with TVN's employee works council in France, Harmonic would acquire all of TVN for approximately $75 million in cash plus up to $15 million in post-closing adjustments.
