Internet of Things Applications are Expanding in the Middle East

Amman, Jordan, February 9, 2016--A new report from the Arab Advisors Group provides an analysis of the Internet of Things “IoT” services offered by cellular operators in the Arab World. The research revealed that by October 2015, 22 operators in 12 countries offered IoT services. The most common IoT offering is Tracking services, followed by NFC and Surveillance and Security services.  

Passenger Connectivity Services to Surpass US$ 5 Billion by 2025

Paris, France, February 4, 2016 - According to Euroconsult's newly released report, Prospects for In-Flight Entertainment & Connectivity, total revenues from passenger connectivity services are expected to grow from $700 million in 2015 to nearly $5.4 billion by 2025, a 23% CAGR over the 10-year period. 44 Operators in 17 Arab Countries Commercially Offer 3G/3.5G/3.75/3.9G

Amman, Jordan, January 20, 2016--A new report from the Arab Advisors Group provides an analysis of the 3G/3.5G/3.75/3.9G services landscape in the Arab World. The research revealed that during the period between May 2014 and October 2015, four more operators deployed 3G networks in the Arab World; increasing the number of operators with 3G/3.5G/3.75/3.9G services to forty four operators. The most common 3G/3.5G/3.75/3.9G service offered by the operators is mobile Internet, followed by video calling and mobile TV.
