Skot Butler has been named Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Business Development for Intelsat General Corp., responsible for managing the team that serves all of the company’s customers and partners, including the U.S. Department of Defense, NATO, various civil agencies, and commercial enterprises within the United States and Europe.

NETIA has appointed Peter Fong as area sales manager for the Asia-Pacific region and Jeffrey Jaworski as area sales manager for North America.

Fong has more than 20 years of experience in the media/broadcast and exhibition/advertising markets, specializing in sales, marketing, and business development. He has held senior positions with international companies including Sony and MediaCorp; with startups covering Australia/New Zealand and Asia, including India; and with broadcast system integrator Gencom Technology.

CET Teleport GmbH has appointed Paul Ziegler as its new CEO. Ziegler joins CET Teleport GmbH from Gateway Communications, which was recently acquired by PCCW Global, where he was Executive Director responsible for Business Development across Africa and the Middle East.

Quintron Systems, Inc. has appointed James St. Pierre as the new Director of Sales & Marketing.  In his new position, St. Pierre will focus on branding, promoting, and channeling the growth of Quintron Systems’ leading edge security systems.

Andrew Jordan, previously CEO of Eutelsat Asia, has joined Eutelsat Communications’ Executive Committee.Based in Paris, Jordan will supervise the Group's growth strategy in Asia and drive strategic projects. Ken Loke, previously Chief Commercial Officer of Eutelsat Asia, has assumed the post of Chief Executive Officer of Eutelsat Asia, based in Singapore.

Thomas Van den Driessche has been appointed Newtec’s new Chief Commercial Officer and will lead Newtec’s global sales team to achieve Newtec’s ambitious growth objectives. He will also remain responsible for the company’s marketing strategy.
