After 27 successful years, RF-Design GmbH has reached a significant milestone in its corporate history: the specialist for innovative signal distribution technology has moved into a new company building at Lahnstraße 13 in Bensheim.
With modern premises, optimized production and development processes, sate-of the-art equipment and significantly more space, the purposely-built facility has created ideal conditions for further growth and technological innovation.

“The move to our new premises was a logical and necessary step,” explains company founder and managing director Ralf Mayr. “Our new building offers space for innovation, optimized processes, and an inspiring working environment for our team. At the same time, we can offer our customers even more efficient solutions. This sends a clear signal for the future of RF-Design.”
To celebrate this special milestone, RF-Design invited customers, partners, and industry representatives to a “Tech and Open Day” on September 18, 2025. The event provided an inspiring platform for discussing current developments and future trends in the satellite and
telecommunications industry. Exciting presentations and discussions highlighted the role RF- Design plays as a reliable technology partner for companies worldwide.
Numerous guests – including international partners such as Creonics, CPI Vertex, Intelsat, OHB, Saudi Net Link, and SES Astra – took the opportunity to get to know the new company headquarters and take a look behind the scenes of the state-of-the-art production and development environment. Industry experts such as Virgil Labrador (Satellite Markets) and Randell Barnay (World Teleport Association) also contributed to the special atmosphere of the day with valuable insights and personal conversations.
The festive conclusion at the Schönberg Winery was another highlight: in a relaxed atmosphere with regional wines, culinary specialties, and musical accompaniment, there was an opportunity to deepen existing partnerships and make new contacts. The harmonious interplay of technical discussions, personal exchanges, and a festive atmosphere made the day an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.
With the move and the successful Tech and Open Day, RF-Design once again underscores its role as an innovative pioneer. The company will continue to be a driving force for technologies that are used worldwide – supported by a dedicated team, strong partnerships, and the commitment to actively shape the future of signal distribution, according to the company.
