INTEGRASYS Opens a New Technological Center of Excellence in France

Toulouse, France, September 10, 2025

INTEGRASYS, a global company with 35 years of experience specializing in innovative space software and advanced EW solutions, announced the opening of a new Center of Excellence (COE) and entity in Toulouse, France, INTEGRASYS SAS. This new COE will focus on space-based technologies, including the new domain and the French market needs, as well as NATO’s space surveillance.

This strategic new expansion underscores INTEGRASYS’ deep commitment to advancing space technology and security. It demonstrates the company’s dedication to providing cutting-edge solutions that address critical challenges in space surveillance and satellite protection for the EU, NATO, and its allies, according to the company.

Through the establishment of this COE, INTEGRASYS reinforces its leadership in developing innovative space technologies designed to ensure the resilience and operational superiority of multi-purpose constellations in an increasingly complex, contested space environment.

Additionally, this COE will develop new technologies in France with French engineers and will work in coordination with CNES, ESA, and EDF to achieve TRL9 technologies from their initial design.

This new entity is led by Jean-François Fenech, Ex-CEO at Eutelsat Asia, Skylogic, Antenna Hungária, and Axion, who has been appointed to guide INTEGRASYS’ initiatives in France, strengthening the company’s advanced technological capabilities in the French satellite and space sectors.

Jean-François, with a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Telecommunications Engineering degree from Telecom Paris, has over 20 years of leadership experience in satellite communications and aerospace engineering. He will bring a wealth of industry knowledge and strategic vision to the new INTEGRASYS office, and his expertise will be pivotal in driving innovation and expanding the company’s presence in the competitive French and international markets from France, ensuring INTEGRASYS continues to lead in the development of advanced space technologies and solving real customer problems—innovating where it matters.

This new investment of INTEGRASYS in Toulouse marks a significant milestoneappreciating the trust and work of DGA and French partners with INTEGRASYS’ products and roadmaps, leading innovation in satellite communications and space security. The announcement of this expansion during the WSBW and SDSS in Paris highlights INTEGRASYS’ commitment to supporting local businesses and partners, as well as European Governments from the new COE in France said the company in a statement.
