Her background includes building, scaling, and successfully exiting a pioneering UK space company acquired by BAE Systems.
An experienced board-level contributor, O'Donnell brings strong governance expertise, hands-on risk management experience, and a commitment to innovation stewardship. She is also a passionate advocate for inclusive leadership, mentoring emerging talent, particularly women returning to work, and promoting sustainable business practices.
