Telecommunications operator Signalhorn S.á r.l has received the final approval from the Polish government on December 4, 2013. This approval is the final approval required to proceed with the Signalhorn and Wojskowe Zakłady Łączności Nr 1 S.A. (WZŁ Nr 1- a government owned entity) long-term agreement established on November 29, 2012.
