The German-based broadcast equipment manufacturer L-S-B has launched a new office in the U.S. with the establishment of L-S-B USA, which commenced operations on November 1, 2013. Appointed Director of Sales and head of the subsidiary is Mark Whitman.

Larry Konopelko, President of Comtech PST Corp., will be retiring effective January 31, 2014. Larry joined Comtech PST in 2001, as General Manager, and was promoted to President in 2002.

Michael Hrybenko will be taking over as President of Comtech PST upon Larry's retirement. Michael is currently the Vice President of Engineering at Comtech PST. In addition to Michael's leadership role in the technical side of the business, he has also been very involved in Comtech PST's marketing activities.
