OneWeb announced today that it has entered into an agreement with a consortium led by the UK Government (through the UK Secretary of State for Business, Energy, and Industrial Strategy) and Bharti Global for the acquisition of the OneWeb business in connection with its court-supervised sale process.

Kongsberg Digital has acquired COACH Solutions, a supplier of software solutions for vessel performance and monitoring. The new name of the company will be KONGSBERG COACH Solutions.

COACH’s vessel performance monitoring system was developed by Danish shipping company Clipper Group and In 2016 was established as an independent company, COACH Solutions ApS. The company has grown rapidly, and its software currently has over 900 licenses running.

Redwire announced today that it has acquired Made In Space (MIS), a provider of  on-orbit space manufacturing technologies. The acquisition also includes Made In Space Europe, based in Luxembourg and a sister company to the U.S. organization, which provides space-capable robotic systems to the global space industry.
