Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ, TASE: GILT),today reported revised management objectives for 2015. Based on preliminary estimates, revenues for the second half of 2015 are expected to be between US$ 120 million and US$ 130 million and second half EBITDA is expected to be between US$ 8 million and US$ 10 million. Ericsson (NASDAQ:ERIC) today announced its agreement to acquire Envivio (NASDAQ:ENVI), by means of a tender offer for a price of US$ 4.10 per share in cash, or approximately US$ 125 million in the aggregate. Inmarsat (LSE:ISAT.L), has confirmed the successful launch of its third satellite in the transformational Global Xpress (GX) constellation. Inmarsat-5 F3 (I-5 F3), which was launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan at 12.44pm (BST), entered orbit on August 29 at 04.15 am (BST) following a 15 hour and 31 minute mission.
