Intelsat, S.A. (NYSE: I) today announced the appointment of David M. Tolley as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective June 3, 2019. Tolley will report to Intelsat’s Chief Executive Officer, Stephen Spengler, and oversee Intelsat’s global finance organization.  He will serve on Intelsat’s Management Committee and be based in the company’s U.S. administrative headquarters in McLean, Virginia.

Small satellite manufacturer Blue Canyon Technologies (BCT) has appointed Sam Francis as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), further strengthening its executive leadership team as the rapidly growing aerospace company continues to expand.

Francis brings more than 25 years of experience in financial leadership, capital markets and management of both buy- and sell-side M&A transactions. In his role at BCT, Francis will oversee all aspects of company finances including capital planning and management and make significant contributions to strategic planning and operations.

Accion Systems today announced that Tom Phelps has joined the company as Vice President of Product. Phelps will lead the product strategy for Accion’s in-space propulsion system, as well as future technologies and products.

Anokiwave has announced the latest addition to its executive leadership team with the appointment of Alastair Upton to the position of chief strategy officer, a new position within Anokiwave, effective May 2019. Upton will report directly to chief executive officer, Robert Donahue.

Pascal Homsy, 54, has been appointed executive vice president of Thales Alenia Space’s Telecommunications Business Line, effective May 13, 2019. He succeeds Bertrand Maureau, who takes on new responsibilities within the Thales Group.
