LeoSat Enterprises, an emerging company with plans to launch a constellation of up to 108 low-earth-orbit communications satellites has announced the appointment of Ronald van der Breggen as Chief Commercial Officer.  In this position Van der Breggen will be responsible for managing the global sales and marketing operations of LeoSat.

Intelsat has appointed Narendra Mansharamani as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Intelsat S.A. (NYSE:I)  today announced that it has accepted the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer, Michael McDonnell, to be effective mid-December 2015.  McDonnell is leaving to accept the position of CFO at another public company.  An external search for a successor CFO has commenced.

Eutelsat Communications (NYSE Euronext Paris: ETL) announces that Michel de Rosen has informed the Board of Directors that he will step down from his position as Chief Executive Officer in March 2016. He will remain in the role of non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Eutelsat until the end of his current mandate in November 2016, at which point his mandate will be submitted to the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting for renewal. Eutelsat’s Board of Directors has elected Rodolphe Belmer as the successor to Michel de Rosen in the role of CEO, effective from 1 March 2016.
