Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (NASDAQ: CMTL) today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Chairman Ken Peterman President and Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Michael Porcelain effective immediately.  Porcelain has also resigned from Comtech’s Board of Directors. Porcelain will be available to assist in the transition as needed.

Former SES ASTRA CCO Alexander Oudendijk has been named  the new President of  neXat, the world’s first satellite capacity aggregation platform. Oudendijk brings more than 30 years’ experience in the satellite industry, including more than eight years as Chief Commercial Officer at SES ASTRA. Prior to that Oudendijk was Managing Director at Hughes Network Systems Europe.

Speedcast today announced the appointment of Andres Angelani to its Board of Directors. The board addition is part of Speedcast’s continued focus on software-defined network solutions across the energy, enterprise, and commercial and passenger maritime markets it serves.

Terran Orbital Corporation (NYSE: LLAP), today announced the appointment of Jonathan Siegmann as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. Mr. Siegmann will lead Terran Orbital’s investor relations, M&A, and venture efforts among other development initiatives. 

LeoStella, a specialized satellite constellation design and manufacturing company, has expanded its leadership team with the addition of Mike Kaplan as vice president of business development. Kaplan will bolster LeoStella’s new business and customer efforts.
