Friedrichshafen, Germany,  April 8, 2008 – ND SatCom, has appointed Roger L. Wieting to the position of Vice-President of Engineering for ND SatCom Inc., its subsidiary based in Plano, Texas. Wieting will head up engineering for the Americas with responsibility for all aspects of system engineering, design engineering, documentation, design, implementation and testing.
