Madrid, Spain, September 21, 2016-The closing ceremony of the HISPASAT 4K International Festival was held yesterday at the TABAKALERA International Centre for Contemporary Culture in San Sebastián. This event announced the six winning films of the second edition of the competition, one of the first in the world to exclusively feature short films shot and post-produced in 4K format.
