Spacecom to Recover Funds and Implement Plan to Procure New Satellite to Replace Amos-6

Tel Aviv, Israel, September 5, 2016--Spacecom announced today that it is developing a plan of action following the loss of the AMOS-6 communication satellite due to the explosion of SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket on the launch pad. The company has begun measures to recover funds invested in the project.

AsiaSat Reports 2016 Interim Results

Hong Kong, August 17, 2016--Satellite operator Asia Satellite Telecommunications Holdings Limited (‘AsiaSat’ – SEHK: 1135), today announced its 2016 interim results for the six months ended 30 June  2016. 1st Half 2016 revenue was HK$640 million, about the same as the prior period.

Gilat Reports Increased Revenues; Decresed Losses in 2Q 2016

Petah Tikva, Israel, Aug. 10, 2016--Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ:GILT) (TASE:GILT), a worldwide leader in satellite networking technology, solutions and services, today reported its results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2016. Revenues for Q2 2016 increased 53% to US$  67.9 million from US$ 44.3 million in the comparable period of 2015. Revenues rose 29% compared with Q1 2016.

Spacex Sucesfully Launches Eutelsat 117 and ABS 2A but Fails to Land Falcon 9 Rocket

Cape Canaveral, Florida, June  16, 2016 –Spacex successfuly launched the EUTELSAT 117 West B satellite. and the ABS-2A satellites. The satellite was ferried into space by a Falcon 9 rocket that took off from SpaceX’s Space Launch Complex 40 in Cape Canaveral at 10.29 ET (14.29 UTC) and parked EUTELSAT 117 West B in a supersynchronous orbit after a 30-minute flight. The first telemetry from the new satellite has been confirmed and processed at Boeing’s Mission Control Centre in El Segundo, California.

SES Prices Hybrid Bond Offering of EUR 750 million

Betzdorf, Luxembourg, June 3, 2016-SES S.A. (Euronext Paris:SESG) (LuxX:SESG) today announced the pricing of an inaugural hybrid bond offering. SES has agreed to sell EUR 750 million of Deeply Subordinated Fixed Rate Resettable Securities and Coupon of 4.625%.
