ARRIS Completes Pace Acquisition

Suwanee, Ga., Jan. 4, 2016-- ARRIS International plc (NASDAQ: ARRS), the new parent company of ARRIS Group, Inc., today completed its US$ 2.1B (£1.4B) acquisition of Pace plc – combining the two companies' strengths in entertainment and communications delivery.

Speedcast Acquires Newcom International

Sydney, Australia, December 29, 2015–SpeedCast International Limited today announced it has signed a definitive agreement for the acquisition of NewCom International a satellite communications service provider specializing in the South and Central American regions.  The acquisition opens a new growth frontier for SpeedCast in a region where satellite is widely used and SpeedCast did not have a direct presence.  The acquisition will strengthen SpeedCast’s capabilities to serve and support its customers globally, including in the important and growing South American market.

Comtech Telecommunications Corp. Reports Results for the 1st Quarter of Fiscal 2016 and Updated Guidance

Melville, NY, December 10, 2015--Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (NASDAQ:CMTL) today reported its operating results for the three months ended October 31, 2015. Net sales for the three months ended October 31, 2015 were $64.1 million compared to $76.4 million for the three months ended October 31, 2014.

Harmonic Makes Binding Offer to Acquire Thomson Video Networks

San Jose, Calif., December 8, 2015--Harmonic (NASDAQ: HLIT), today announced it has signed a binding offer to acquire Thomson Video Networks (TVN). Under the terms of the offer which is in the form of a "put" option agreement, subject to the selling shareholders exercising the put option following a consultation process with TVN's employee works council in France, Harmonic would acquire all of TVN for approximately $75 million in cash plus up to $15 million in post-closing adjustments.
